CSS Tooltip Solution for Too Much Content

For this project there was a requirement that the speaker bios be included, even though it was a lot of text. The solution I came up with was a pure css tooltip (with some nice transitions). Problem solved!

CSS Code:

.speaker > .stacia, .speaker > .madhura, .speaker > .michelle {
visibility: hidden;
opacity: 0;
transition: all 0.3s ease-in-out;
-moz-transition: all 0.3s ease-in-out;
-webkit-transition: all 0.3s ease-in-out;
font-size: .8em;
line-height: 1.4em;
background-color: #ffffff;
border: 1px dotted #cccccc;
padding: 40px 40px 50px 40px;
-webkit-border-radius: 15px;
-moz-border-radius: 15px;
border-radius: 15px;
-webkit-box-shadow: 1px 4px 20px 0px rgba(25,86,109,0.2);
-moz-box-shadow: 1px 4px 20px 0px rgba(25,86,109,0.2);
box-shadow: 1px 4px 20px 0px rgba(25,86,109,0.2);
width: 380px;
margin-left: 40px;
margin-top: -135px;
position: absolute;
z-index: 1000;
}
.speaker:hover > .stacia, .speaker:hover > .madhura, .speaker:hover > .michelle {
visibility: visible;
opacity: 1;
margin-top: -145px;
}
